Enzymes in a brief:
Enzymes are proteins and RNAse in nature, that accelerate or speed up a biochemical reaction.

- Oxidoreductases: Enzymes that catalyze the oxidative reaction where the electrons tend to travel from a molecule to the other.
- Transferases: Helps in the transportation of the functional group among acceptor and donor molecule.
- Hydrolases: They are hydrolytic enzymes, catalyze the hydrolysis reaction by adding water to cleave the bond and hydrolyze it.
- Lyases: Adds water, carbon di oxide or ammonia across the double bonds or eliminate these to create double bonds.
- Isomerases:Catalyze the structural shifts present in a molecule, thus causing changes in the shape of molecule.
- Ligases: Charge the catalysis of a ligation process.
