Every person in the world has a favorite sports. Football is one of them. Football is one of the most popular international sport in the world. Millions of people around the globe regularly play football.
Introduction: From the early age of civilization, people invented some physical exercises which were competitive.People used to spending their leisure with playing those exercises. These types of exercises are known as sports. Everybody generally habituated with one or another sport from childhood. Some of these different types of sports become the most popular among the people. Like other sports , football is most favorable one.Football is a game that keeps mind intoxicated with joy and excitement for 90 minutes. A number of people involved in playing football regularly at school since they were children. So when the leather ball landed on their feet in the mud field, forgetting everything outside, they woke up in a frenzy to get close to the goal post with the football.
Why football: Before write about favorite sport, football, it needs to say a few words about why football is a favorite sport. To some person football is not an ordinary sport, but football is an emotion. Through this game the mind develops as the body is formed at the same time. As a result of long 90 minutes of physical exercise, all the inertia of the body can be removed and people can be entitled to good health. And we all know that good health is the messenger of a beautiful mind.
On the other hand, the mutual understanding between 11 players of a team in a football game show how to maintain unity. Moreover, the friendly competition that arises between two opposing teams in a football game teaches people the principle of mutual coexistence in society. Besides, the football game keeps the players and spectators in frenzy for 90 minutes.
History of football: To explore the history of football, we must go back to about 350 BC. The first national football game between the Greek and Roman armies originated in those ancient times. In fact, Greek and Roman soldiers used their feet to play a lot of games with the ball. Some of those games feature current football. However, according to the International Football Federation or FIFA, the game of modern football originated from the game Kuju. The word kuju means to kick. From the second century BC, the game gradually spread throughout the world. In countries like China, Japan and Korea, the game of kuju is developing in new ways. However, modern football was introduced in the fifteenth century. Then in this game the evolution of the rules starts to happen slowly. Finally, by the beginning of the twentieth century, the game of football has reached its present room.
Materials for playing football: Like all other sports,football game requires a few specific elements. However, the number of elements of the game of football is almost negligible compared to the elements of other modern sports in the world. That is why no country in the world, no matter how poor, has to face any financial constraints to participate in football. The common element of the game of football is to mention the ball first. This ball is made of leather according to the general tradition of football. Moreover, this ball has to be 22 cm in diameter without exception. Apart from this ball, another essential element of football is the football field. Football fields are differ in sizes. However, the field must be rectangular. Moreover, another essential element of football is two goal posts. Apart from international football, the size of these goalposts may also vary in different parts of the world according to local rules. In addition to the material, two teams are required to play football and each team has 11 players. A football match must have one referee and two linesmen. Apart from these, boots, certain types of clothes, etc. have been recommended for playing modern football.
General rules and regulations of football: Like all other sports in the world, football is governed by certain rules and regulations. FIFA or the International Football Federation currently makes all decisions regarding the rules of football on behalf of international football. According to this rule, in a football match between two teams, each team has to have 10 players and one goalkeeper. The entire match is conducted by a referee with experience in football. All the decisions of that referee during the match have to be considered final. The ultimate goal of the players of each team is to get the ball into the opponent's goal with the help of the feet. A goalkeeper stands at the goalpost on behalf of each team to protect the ball rushing towards the goalpost. The team with the highest number of goals after 90 minutes of play is declared the winner. Only the goalkeeper can touch the ball with his hand inside the penalty box made in front of the goal post.
Current era and world football: In the present era, international football has developed especially. According to FIFA, more than 240 million people in 200 countries around the world are currently playing regular football. Internationally, FIFA currently controls all aspects of international football. Every four years, the World Cup is hosted by the best 32 countries in a particular country. In addition, various domestic, continental and international football tournaments are held at specific times each year. Of these tournaments, the Spanish League, Euro Cup, Bundesliga, English Premier League, etc. are particularly significant and popular. Currently, according to FIFA's rules and regulations, the use of technology to eliminate errors and misconceptions in international football has become widespread.
Conclusion: For me, playing football is a mode of entertainment along with exercise. Football helps build our body on the one hand and keeps our mind fresh on the other.So football is a favorite sports to me.
